Chef Rod's culinary journey began in 1986 when he managed a Fudge Shop in Florida. For over 32 years, he has dedicated himself to crafting his vision with passion and persistence. Today, his unique Sweet and Salty Shop in NC is a testament to his creativity and hard work.

At Sweet and Salty Shoppe, our goal is to bring joy to our customers by offering them our special treats. We use Chef Rod's famous recipes, along with partnering with Hershey's and Dippin' Dots, to create delicious treats that put a smile on the faces of both young and old customers alike.
